The basis of this spirit is Bavarian hops, or to be more precise, hops of the Hallertau variety, grown in what is probably the world's largest continuous cultivation area for hops. These hops are freshly harvested in autumn and then mixed with natural alcohol using a traditional method. As soon as the hops combine with the alcohol, distillation takes place using cutting-edge technology according to age-old tradition. This is how this unique spirit is produced from hops.
