Flavoured with juniper, the taste of "London Dry Gin" is dry. The note of juniper is enhanced with botanicals, whether herbs, spices or citrus fruits, without drowning or overriding it. All botanicals are added together before the second distilling process. If, on the other hand, they are added one after the other, we speak of "dry gin".
