1989 was a special year. For the first time the distillery made up the prestige "PIRCHER 1884" cuvée from a selection of its best liqueurs. Every local kind of fruit is represented with a liqueur. Pears are represented by Williams and soft fruit by the rare forest raspberry. Every single liqueur is stored for three years to develop its full taste.
